This is the website for Mothers Against Drunk Driving. It has some resources there on how to recognize and what to do if you spot a drunk driver. They are also pushing for having cars with breathalyzers so that the car won't even start if the driver blows more than the legal limit. There is a great parenting section with suggestions and information on helping prevent underage drinking. Check it out at:
